A 15-minute consultation is offered at no cost to briefly discuss your concerns, answer general questions, and determine whether this practice is a good fit.
This consultation does not include diagnosis or medication prescribing.

Adult ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation
We offer comprehensive adult ADHD evaluations that include a detailed clinical interview, review of functional impairment, developmental and psychiatric history, and validated assessment tools. When appropriate, QbCheck—an FDA-cleared computerized measure of attention, impulsivity, and activity level—may be used to support diagnostic clarity. Differential diagnoses are carefully considered. Evaluations do not include neuropsychological testing or academic accommodation assessments.
*Medication decisions follow California and Washington prescribing regulations, and not all individuals diagnosed with ADHD will require medication.
Integrative, Wellness-Informed Care
Care takes a whole-person approach, recognizing the role of sleep, stress, lifestyle, and life context in mental health. Recommendations may include behavioral and wellness-informed strategies alongside medical treatment.

All services are provided via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Patients must be physically located in California or Washington at the time of their appointment.
